Zigpoll is a contextual micro-survey tool built for eCommerce: post-purchase attribution surveys, NPS, and on-site polls that trigger on purchase events — with responses tied to real customer data like order value, segments and lifetime value, not anonymous visitors.

Founder Jason Zigelbaum runs it solo. In a Niche Pursuits interview in early October 2026 he shared the company was doing about $142,000 in monthly recurring revenue — roughly $1.7M annually — with a goal of $2M ARR by year end.

The arc: roughly $10–15K MRR in 2022, past $1M ARR earlier this year, now $142K MRR — about 100% year-over-year growth since 2022, with some 90% of the business flowing through the Shopify App Store on a reviews-first growth motion.
